The Voortman V808 doesn’t need a clean cut with every new product in a nesting. Besides reducing the scrap to a minimum this is also a time saving option as the last cut of a product is also the first cut of the next product. The V808 can import DSTV+ files or use VACAM’s beam nesting module to create continuous nestings and get the most product from each stock length to reduce costs.

Robotic Coping or Profiling is an equivalent to an optimized fabrication procedure that has been designed to ease the lives of metalworkers and fabricators. Our robotic coping can cut seismic structural connection (like slotted Web and "dogbone" cuts), rat holes or copes at either end of a product, holes of any size and shape as well block-outs, welding preparations, bevels and markings on all sides.

Our Robotic coping/profiler machine passed all the critical fabrication tests. This includes hardness, surface texture quality, beam flange welding access hole quality and bolt hole sizing.
